The Grace

The strength of The Grace is in the way it blends metropolitan vitality with a warm village atmosphere. Designed by renowned architects Mecanoo, the building comes with a wide variety of amenities with smart sharing options for residents. This keeps the comfort and convenience affordable, encourages residents to get to know each other, and naturally creates an atmosphere in which everyone can feel right at home. There are more than 1,400 homes that have been finished to high-quality, sustainable standards. Large windows provide ample light and stunning views. Residences larger than 50 m² even come with a loggia, and the verdant rooftop gardens complete the picture.

Newest hotspot in The Hague

Located in the center of The Hague, on the waterfront and in the lee of the city, The Grace is close to Hollands Spoor and the Grote Markt, and half an hour by bike from Scheveningen beach. The new Waterfront Park is close by and offers space for sports, play, exercise and socialising in lush green surroundings. The Velostrada provides a rapid bicycle connection to the city centre, Leiden and Delft. The Grace is a focal point in the Central Innovation District, the economic heart of The Hague. There are plans to develop around 25,000 new homes in this area in the coming years, to accommodate 50,000 residents new to the city. An additional 500,000 m² of office space and amenities are also part of the plan.

Live better together. The Grace is all about connection; between the residents and with the surroundings.

Leader in sustainability

The Grace is set to become one of the world’s most sustainable residential towers. The buildings are constructed using high-quality materials and equipped with an energy-efficient heat recovery system, smart facility-sharing and green rooftop terraces. The Grace is also gas-free and fully electric, with a large portion of the electricity being generated by its own 4,500 m² solar park.
